During my year-long work on Berkshire Hathaway Energey (BHE), I was responsible for requirements gathering, research, customer interviews, design system and complete design of thes soon-to-be released apps (early 2024). The overall scope of this project was to unify four different affiliates under a common user experience and react native codebase. While challenging, this was an amazing opportunity to gain insight on how energy consumers use utility apps.
