JetBlue has been a long-standing client of Wunderman Thompson. They came to us asking for design concepts for several areas that could be improved upon in the app. These areas included simplifying the boarding pass, improving the pre-flight and in-flight experience by being able to order food/drink and to simplify the process of ugrading a user's seat.
